Sail across the picturesque Wellington Harbour to the seaside village of Eastbourne. Explore the galleries and shops dotted around the coastline, before enjoying lunch at a waterfront café. Spend a leisurely afternoon on the beach, or hire a bike and head out to Pencarrow lighthouse – the afternoon is yours!
Your ticket includes return ferry sailings and lunch at a café. The ferry departs from Queens Wharf at 10:00am and returns at 1:10pm. Later ferries return at 3:00pm, 3:20pm and 4:00pm. Dress to the conditions, with sun protection, warm clothing, and a waterproof layer just in case!

Learn about the making of props, creatures and costumes, and catch the artists at work behind the scenes. Then get hands-on creating your own movie magic in the Intro to Sculpting workshop. Your adventure begins with brunch at Chou Chou Café, nestled in the historic Circa Theatre on the waterfront.

Wairarapa Food and Wine Day Trip

Tour three foodie towns in the Wairarapa wine region with a blind chocolate tasting game at a local chocolatier in Greytown, a visit to C'est Cheese organic milk dairy factory and deli in Featherston, and a wine tasting and NZ cheese platter at a local Martinborough winery. Zealandia Wildlife Sanctuary Tour

Step into Zealandia Te Māra a Tāne, home to some of Aotearoa New Zealand’s rarest and most extraordinary wildlife. Tour the sanctuary with expert guides and discover Zealandia's extraordinary conservation story. Your tour includes a 2 hour guided walk followed by a picnic lunch to enjoy in the sanctuary at your leisure.
Tour update: Transfers now depart from Tākina at 11:00am and return at 2:30pm. A free return shuttle also runs at 2:15pm.
