Dr Alison Dymmott

Dr Dymmott is the Deputy Dean, Clinical and Community Practice and Academic Lead, Rural Allied Health at Flinders University. Ali’s research focuses on early career allied health professional workforce development, training and education. She utilises mixed methods, pragmatism and knowledge translation approaches to her research to measure and explore complex initiatives and challenges. She has a passion for rural and remote research and education and led the development, implementation and evaluation of a suite of rural allied health degrees.
