Exhibition at the heart of the Conference
The exhibition will be a vibrant hub of activity, located on Level 1 of the Tākina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre. It’s where ideas come alive, connections are built, and organisations have the opportunity to showcase the very best of what they offer.

As an exhibitor, you’ll engage directly with delegates, spark conversations, and demonstrate your products, services, and innovations in a lively, high-traffic environment.

To maximise exposure, all conference meal breaks (Friday through Monday) will be hosted in the exhibition area, alongside the electronic poster displays. This ensures a steady flow of delegates throughout the space, giving your organisation outstanding visibility and engagement across the event.

Exhibition stands

  • Single stand NZD$3,995.00 + GST
  • Double stand NZD$7,500.00 + GST

Benefits and inclusions

  • prefabricated 3m x 3m stand (octanorm white panels)
  • one exhibitor registration including daily catering and a ticket to the welcome reception (Thursday 9 April)
  • 2 x spotlights and 1 x 10 amp power supply with 4 pin multi-box power point
  • organisation fascia signage (max 15 characters in black font on a white board)
  • exhibitor listing in the mobile app, including a 50 word profile of organisation or products
  • a list of conference delegates who have agreed to name disclosure in relation to the conference sent two weeks prior

Exhibition portal

The exhibition portal is your central hub for managing your presence at the conference. Through the portal, you will be able to:

  • Select your exhibition stand from the available options using an interactive, up-to-date floorplan that shows current bookings.
  • Register your exhibitor team members, ensuring they receive the appropriate access and communications for the event.
  • Provide your organisation’s logo and details (including contact information, company description, and website links) to be featured in the conference app.
